What ailix does

Both hospitals work on the same case.

ailix connects your hospital and a Korean hospital around each patient: translated records, a shared schedule, and video visits in each person’s language.

From request to visit

Your hospital sends the request directly. Records, the schedule and chat stay in one place, and the video visit opens there too. Video is not recorded.

automatic translation beside the original

Each record page is translated beside the original, with likely number and drug-name errors marked. Chat and voice are interpreted into each person’s language.

Names are masked before translation

Medical records, opinions and summaries go for translation only after names are masked, and identifying data is encrypted separately. Data is stored in Seoul and processed in the countries the patient consented to.

Automatic translation and interpretation support clinical judgment. They do not replace diagnosis. · Screens show sample data

Before you get started

Can we use it as soon as we sign up?

Hospitals confirm their email and wait for service administrator approval. Patients can register directly when intake is open. Invited staff and doctors log in with the account details they receive.

Can we rely on automatic translations and interpretations without review?

Translation results can contain errors. Before using them in care, clinicians need to check the original, medical terminology, numbers, and warnings. Clinical decisions, and the responsibility for them, stay with the clinicians and their hospital; ailix does not replace diagnosis. Article 15-2 of the Data processing agreement sets out the details.

Do patients need to install an app?

No separate app is required. Patients use a browser and join through a hospital link or their own account. Video and voice require camera and microphone permission.

Are all features available in 12 languages?

The website and work screens are available in 12 languages. Medical records are translated into Korean. Voice interpretation depends on the session settings and consent conditions. Use text chat if “Hold to talk” is not available in the session.
