   Corrections are collected

   Translations corrected by Korean doctors and interpretation error reports are collected, with names masked.

2. 2

   Sorted, then edited

   Rules sort out what changed: a number, unit, negation, drug or term. An administrator then edits the name in the dictionary.

   Tests run automatically

   The edited dictionary is tested on 3,160 evaluation items. It fails if it misses an error caught before or flags a correct translation as wrong.

4. 4

   A person approves

   An administrator approves with a reason, and a new version is made. An earlier version can be restored at any time.

5. 5

   Every server within 30 seconds

   The new version is used from the next document translation and chat or voice interpretation.

After step 5, the loop starts again at step 1.
